Responsibilities
As a Service Officer, your duties will include:
•Supporting security loan documents to be printed, arrange correctly on excel, file information, programming loans on the system, programming annual reviews, preparing solicited instructions for new funding, work with excel, lawyer critical documents, Commercial Loans
•Operating data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.
•Reading source documents for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
•Compiling, sorting and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
•Locating and correcting data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
•Comparing data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
•Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
Qualifications
•0 to 2 years’ experience – customer service role
•Tech savvy - Excel power point
•Interpersonal skills
•Communication – Written and Verbal
•Post-Secondary in progress or completed preferred
•Technical skills include documentation skills and time management.
Nice to have:
•Data Entry Experience
•Previous Banking Experience
