Responsibilities
Ticketing
•Accountable for the management, delivery and tracking of Bell’s overall event ticket inventory
•Manage ticket inventory in TicketManager including syncing feeds, uploading tickets, evaluating ticket request, sending tickets
•Ensure ticket compliance
•Manage day-to-day ticketing requests
•Manage ticketing and event schedules
•Order food and beverage for suites
•Drive ticketing strategy and policies
•Responsible for analytics, ROI and reporting
•Strategy development on ticket utilization
•Creation of communication materials such as – venue guides, ticketing guides, fact sheets and monthly newsletters
Operations
•Work closely with the various teams (internally and externally) to ensure the tool is maximized for all Bell hosting events
•Implement, train and lead the business unit in the use of our internal ticketing admin site and policies
Client Experience
•Manage the experience within the event/game you are overseeing
•Manage all program elements include invitations, registration, packaging, communications, and distribution of inventory
Reporting and Auditing
•Monitor and manage daily regulatory approval requests for public officials
•Conduct bi-monthly public official audit
•Conduct monthly post event and procurement audits
•Manage additional BU ticket purchase form submissions and upload reported inventory to ticketing tool
•Create monthly available inventory reports for ticketing prime newsletter
•Create custom reports for BU and asset analysis
•Develop customized forms for various business needs
Communications
•Design, develop and create content for monthly newsletter emails, ticket offer emails, ticketing prime notification emails, event invitation email templates, RSVP response email templates, hosting guides and venue factsheets, ticketing prime reference guide
•Provide yearly recommendations for ticketing policy
Vendor Management
•Manage our TicketManager contacts
•Provide technical solutions and support for team on TicketManager
•Analyze and implement development updates to TicketManager
•Create custom reports in TicketManager
Inventory Management
•Manage inventory for all festivals and sports teams
•Support management on year-round inventory (concerts, special events etc.)
•Create minor league ticket allocations for leadership approval
•Assign approved ticket allocations to ticket primes in ticketing tool
Events
•Develop executive briefs, event agendas, PDF registration forms and PDF consent forms
•Create and design president’s club teaser banner, registration banner, name tag templates, photo slide show and awards presentation
•Provide photo editing tasks for presentations and briefs
•Develop registration forms, check-in tools
Qualifications
Critical Qualifications/ Competencies:
•Minimum of 3 years experience in a ticketing/hosting environment or an event marketing agency
•Work demonstrating experience either on sponsorships and or event properties as it relates to ticketing
•Strong technical skills - Problem solving and technically efficient in data base knowledge
•Experience in relationship management, corporate and product marketing and corporate communications
•Experience in managing contractors, suppliers and partners
•Financial acumen
•Organized team-player with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
•Knowledge of tools and database management
•Adobe and CRM asset
•Strong proficiency in Excel
•Knowledge of professional sports as demonstrated through volunteerism or previous work experience
•Previous marketing experience working on or in telecommunications industry is a plus
•Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
