We're currently looking for a Translator - French and English for our client in Laval. As a Translator, you will be responsible facilitating communication between our company and French-speaking employees, clients, or partners.
This is a hybrid role working in the office 2 days per week. This is subject to change as the business requirements change.

Responsibilities
As a Translator - French and English, you duties will be:
•Translating written and verbal communication accurately and fluently between French and English languages while maintaining the tone, style, and context of the original content.
•Reviewing and editing translated materials to ensure clarity, grammar, and coherence.
•Collaborating with colleagues to clarify translation requirements.
•Maintaining detailed records of translation work and project progress.
•Researching: Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and continuously improve language skills.
•Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
•Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
•Proven experience as a translator with a strong portfolio of translation projects.
•Proficiency in translation software and tools.
•Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills in both languages.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
•Certification from a recognized translation institute (preferred).
