We are currently seeking a part-time Executive Assistant /Administrative Coordinator in the philanthropic sector in downtown Montreal.

Responsibilities
What your day will look like as a part-time Executive Assistant/Administrative Coordinator in the philanthropic field in downtown Montreal:
- Provide general administrative support to the Foundation;
- Plan meetings and manage calendars;
- Participate in the organization of face-to-face meetings and videoconferences;
- Organize travel for Foundation staff, as required;
- Liaise with various service providers, follow up and make payments, including monthly payments for services provided to the Foundation;
- Retention and archiving of electronic documents;
- Basic accounting duties;
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this part-time Executive Assistant/Administrative Coordinator position in the philanthropic field in downtown Montreal?
- Fluently bilingual (English and French, written and spoken);
- Previous work experience relevant to the role;
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- Flexibility, adaptability and good time management;
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage stress and adapt to unexpected situations.
