The ideal candidate is an experienced partner marketing professional, skilled at building multi-channel campaigns that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and partnerships to deliver these initiatives.
This is a 6 month contract, with a requirement of 3 days per week in our client's office in either Toronto or Vancouver.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement integrated partner marketing programs to support our client's alliance partnerships and channel partners.
• Build a scalable, repeatable partner marketing strategy for all partner tiers, from self-service to fully managed campaigns.
• Manage budgets for partner events and campaigns, in collaboration with the Director of Partner Marketing.
• Identify strategic opportunities, events, and partnerships to expand our market reach.
• Create and maintain a repository of on-demand marketing assets for the Alliances team.
• Develop partner case studies and success stories.
• Support the Partner Marketing Events Manager in executing thought leadership, solution-focused, and hospitality events.
• Lead the creation of the Partner Newsletter, keeping our community updated on alliance programs and successes.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Partner Marketing role within a B2B SaaS company, with 10+ years of total marketing experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing marketing budgets is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and scale new marketing programs, and continuously assess performance while ensuring successful execution.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing vendor and partner relationships.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate knowledge of our client's products.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with marketing, sales, and executive teams as well as external partners.
• Experience in FinTech or the financial industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
