- Permanent full time position 8am to 5pm,(1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for ordering new parts
- Organize the inventory software and ensure it matches the floor
- Relations with suppliers and ordering new parts from suppliers
- Issuing returns when necessary
- Coordination with the fleet manager and mechanic manager to be up to date on daily tasks
- Maintain inventory (update in software)
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in inventory or parts related industry
- Preferred profiles from NAPA, Canada Tire, Trucking Rental, Garages, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
