Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in person, over the phone and through email.
- Give updates to customers on orders
- Responsible for lifting packages/boxes up to 40 pounds to prepare orders for customer pickup
- Greeting customers and handing off orders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year Customer Service Experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must own Safety Boots
- Must have strong organizational skills and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Must have strong verbal and written language skills
