Responsibilities
Here are your responsibilities for this role at this leader in the hotel industry in downtown Montreal:
Manage recorded hours (Timeforce, Voilà) for management and unionized
unionized employees.
Complete the processing of time sheets for each cycle of pay periods to SAGE 300. (Tips, vacation, vacations, etc.) and/or Employer-D
Perform government remittances (DAS) and other remittances, Unions, Parity Committee, EWTN
Committee, EWTN, CNESST.
Follow up on group insurance premiums, group RRSPs and union dues.

- Ensure the application and respect of internal policies and collective agreements.

- Follow up on requests from department heads and General Managers.
- Register employee files in SAGE300 to issue paychecks.
- Update the files of information on active employees and employees on leave.

- Change payroll system to Employer-D
- Post your invoices to accounts payable (Sage300).
- Participate in certain accounting tasks when required
Qualifications
Bilingual
Able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines while managing priorities (month-end or

3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
Able to communicate clear and precise requirements to colleagues in order to establish harmonious and professional working relationships, positive and constructive.
Ability to combine and manipulate data. (TimeForce, SAGE300, BNC,
Excel, Word, PowerQuery, vlookup).
