- Hybrid work arrangement: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office
- Summer hours with early Friday dismissal
- Observance of Jewish holidays
- Start time: Anytime from 8 am to 9:30 am and then work a 7-hour workday

Compensation:
- Salary capped at 60K to maintain internal equity

Responsibilities
- Full-cycle payroll processing for 200 to 250 employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Detailed data entry and accurate calculations
- Administration of HR and payroll tasks
- Reviewing and sending out terms and conditions
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks
- Monthly board of directors payroll processing
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant full-cycle payroll processing experience in ADP Workforce Now
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- HR education is a nice-to-have
- Experience with unionized environments is an asset
