Responsibilities
-Process end-to-end payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to legal and company policies.
-Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee records and changes.
-Maintain a strong understanding of tax laws, labor regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
-Answer employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits promptly and professionally.
-Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
-Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Payroll Technician or similar role.
-Proficiency in payroll softwarel ike Nethris
-Strong knowledge of tax regulations and labor laws.
-Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
