Your responsibilities as a payroll technician will be..:
Participate in bi-weekly payroll processing
Issue Records of Employment
Calculate benefits and ensure administrative follow-up related to CNESST;
Draft various documents such as employment confirmation letters
Respond to requests and questions related to payroll and benefits offered
Perform other related tasks as required
Qualifications
The payroll technician's qualifications are as follows:
DEP or AEC in a relevant field
2-3 years' experience in payroll
Knowledge of SAP and Sap Payroll (an asset)
Experience with high-volume demand
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in French and English.
