Responsibilities
- Manage payroll for timesheet employees (Nethris time management module) and annualized
for around 200 people: preparation, data entry, verification, production

- Issue Records of Employment when required
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation
- Prepare and issue government remittance payments (WSIB, WSBC, Garnishment, RVER)
within deadlines
- Adjust various absence banks (vacation, etc.)
- Process and verify payroll accounting entries
- Take charge of the payroll aspect of month-end and year-end activities
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance on all payroll-related matters
- Be responsible for configuring the Nethris payroll system in accordance with the law and company
evolution of the company,
- Be able to extract data and create tables to meet various analysis and management needs.

- Respond to payroll-related questions from various stakeholders (employees, managers,
HR, and other partners)
Qualifications
College diploma in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll management in various Canadian provinces
- Bilingual English / French
- Knowledge of tax laws and government regulations
- Ability to organize and plan work according to established deadlines
- Knowledge of the Nethris environment (an asset)
- CPA certification (an asset)
