As a People Analytics Specialist, you will gather, organize, and prepare data to support the overall HR and business teams to give more information regarding the workforce and its structure. The People Analytics Specialist will need to be able not only to organize the data, but also give human resource recommendations based off the results they find. The People Analytics Specialist's goal is to provide leadership with human resource recommendations based off of the data they are seeing.

Responsibilities
In this hybrid People Analytics position, your main responsibilities will be:
- Use analytical models to analyze data and provide insights for organizational initiatives and talent decisions.
- Respond to HR data requests and assist in HR projects by analyzing and collecting relevant data, and offering recommendations to improve decision-making.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with privacy regulations by monitoring data governance processes and addressing any issues.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using multiple data sources to deliver valuable insights for the HR team and partners.
- Support self-service capabilities by utilizing visualization tools and providing training for end users on dashboards and reports.
- Assist the leadership team in making data-driven decisions by providing business analysis and analytical support, especially in areas where data access is challenging or unreliable and requires advanced analytical skills.
Qualifications
For this hybrid People Analytics position, you will need the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with data and generating reports in any field (e.g. HR, business intelligence, systems)
- Advanced technical skills in statistical analytics, data mining and reporting, as well as proven knowledge of the principles of relational databases
- Excellent skills in interpersonal data analysis, business knowledge, relationship management, HR expertise, HRIS
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and statistical modelling
