This permanent career opportunity is full time (40 hour schedule (37.5 paid hours per week) + potential for voluntary overtime paid in accordance with Employment Standards Act.
There are two steady shifts that candidates may choose from - either steady morning shifts which run 6 am - 2 pm Monday-to-Friday or steady afternoon shifts which run Monday-to-Friday 2 pm - 10 pm. Responsibilities
Pharmacist - Moncton, NB - Healthcare
As a Pharmacist in this non-retail pharmacy setting, you will work with other team members to process vial and/or blister pack prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner. Your primary focus will be checking and verification, finding and resolving dispensing errors, collaborating with other members of the pharmacy staff, working with pharmacy software (Kroll) as needed and completing other technical and clinical tasks. You will be trained on how to work with the software and automation used in the pharmacy's operations and be responsible for ensuring that the utmost care is taken in the dispensing and delivery of prescriptions to patients. No patient interaction is required at this facility, and the workflow is scheduled and very regular so you will know what your day looks like ahead of time when you arrive for your shift each day. You will leverage your passion for patient care to produce and check prescriptions, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
