Full benefits after probation ( 3 Months)

2 weeks vacation

12 hour shifts – 2 week rotation days and nights


Schedule: Rotational shift of 44 hours one week and 36 hours another week (4-week rotation, 2 weeks on days, and 2 weeks on night). 12-hour shifts 2-week rotation. Every 2nd weekend is Fri, Sat, Sun off

Responsibilities
• Extrusion Operator must be flexible to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
• Perform job set-ups, adjustments, startups, and shutdowns in accordance with specifications and standard
operating procedures
• Adjust the operating speed of machinery to meet optimal targets set by the company
• Monitor/ inspect/report safely, film quality, production and equipment condition
• Report findings to Supervisor or Specialist and work with them to resolve any cause of the defect
• Ensure quality of the film and raw materials meet or exceed customer and company standards

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, in reading, writing, and basic math
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or similar industry preferred- printing press operator background
• will also train for blow film extrusion, multilayer extrusion
• Basic knowledge and hands-on printing press •3 years of flexographic printing and/ or blown film multilayer extrusion experience is considered an asset
•Basic knowledge of water-based print and/ or blown film extrusion raw materials
