Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez notamment analyser les processus d’affaires RH existants et recommander des opportunités d’automatisation ou optimisation en utilisant le système. Vous devrez être également en mesure de faire la maintenance du SIRH, recueillir des données et formuler des recommandations basées sur les meilleures pratiques. Un(e) bon(ne) analyste d’affaire SIRH remplit bien sa mission en combinant ses connaissances en RH avec son expertise en SIRH afin d’assurer une gestion optimale en matière de la gestion des ressources humaines.
