Randstad is currently looking for an Account Manager to support our various clients in recruiting professionals in the information technology field.
Main responsibilities:
- Build strategic relationships with clients; understand the different areas of growth in their business and develop a strategy to fill current and future vacancies;
- Negotiate contracts, close sales and develop activities with clients.
- Maintain and develop a clients' database;
- Solicit prospects and customers regularly;

Qualifications required:
- Significant experience as an Account manager and/or a Business Developer.
- Relevant experience in recruitment or participating in the recruitment process.
- Work experience with an employment agency (a great asset).
- Relevant experience in the field of information technology (a great asset).
- A good understanding of technical profiles (a great asset).
- Ability to build lasting and trusted business relationships with their team.
- Bilingual Preferred: French and English
