Work Schedule: 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday with potential for flexibility but the resource will need to be available for core business hours

Responsibilities
As a Privacy Consultant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
•Responding to questions from customers, employees, job applicants.
•Answering inquiries regarding new privacy rights in Quebec
•Involving investigations and problem solving
•Collaborating with various other Lines of business across the bank
•Interacting with lines of businesses to understand internal processes
•Working with internal partners to ensure that these inquiries are addressed in a prompt
•Building relationships and providing support with lines of businesses and risk associates to monitor and support privacy governance across Company.
•Researching privacy regulatory changes and assist in interpreting the requirements and impacts to company.
Qualifications
•Understanding and interest of Privacy Legislation
•Some background with privacy
•Inquisitive nature
•strong asset to have previous banking/financial industry experience
•University Degree or diploma in business management or equivalent
•Communication
•Legal Research
•Analytical
•Collaboration

Nice to Have:
•CIPP certification or privacy background within an FI
