Our client, a Global Insurance Company, is looking for a Project Data Assistant/Processing Administrator to support their team to undertake a significant project on an initial contract of 6 months (with a strong potential for extension for the right candidate) for their Downtown Toronto Office.

What YOU will be doing:
A wide array of data entry and running reports
Responsible to review and organize confidential personal as well as policy information
Responsible to input, consolidate, and organize data into different spreadsheets
Tracking and arranging the e-docs based on the guidelines provided
Redirecting and replacing the information to ensure the files and folders are up-to-date
Working with a wide range of internal software to pull relevant information
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the table:
2+ years of data entry experience in an office setting
Excellent working proficiency with MS Excel (i.e. spreadsheet management)
Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills
Insurance experience is an ASSET
Tech savvy attitude with a strong desire to learn new software
High attention to detail
Strong time management skills with ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
