We are searching for a detail oriented Procurement Coordinator with excellent analytical skills to join our team.
The procurement coordinator will work with other internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure all related processes are being accurately followed, as well as proactively working to improve these processes and general sourcing.

The procurement coordinator will also liaise with the external and internal partners in order to secure and build upon relationships with the suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Manage data sources from different systems both locally and globally
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports (spend analysis, category spend report, savings report…) on a timely basis
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and on-time delivery of all reports and presentations
- Perform compliance analysis and discuss action plans with stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate internal and external Procurement communications and tracking process (policy training, stakeholder engagement, supplier communication…)
- Lead and/or support various Procurement initiatives by working with different teams locally and globally
- Support market research and supplier engagement in early sourcing stages (RFI, potential supplier sourcing) guided by Sourcing Managers
Qualifications
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
- Software: excellent in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
- ERP and Procurement platform knowledge, for example: SAP, Coupa…
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Commerce
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
