You will specifically need to coordinate key project milestones, ensure that product changes are well integrated into existing systems, and make sure that various teams are aligned and informed about developments. You will act as a facilitator between departments, carefully monitoring updates, new technology or method deployments, and ensuring a smooth transition for all changes in the product portfolio.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Americas and globally to implement product-related initiatives.
Implement "Brand Coverage Plans" by creating custom brand portfolios for specific outlets.
Manage the Product Substitution process for ordering SKUs during launches, SKU changes, migrations, or limited edition products (LEPs).
Produce listing kits for new product launches.
Work with NPI to create and validate new SKUs.
Ensure successful execution of automated processes and system controls for product changes and launches.
Perform system readiness analysis for launches and changes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Assist in maintaining documentation, processes, and business rules related to Salesforce Extra Hub and SAP systems.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage priorities and expectations while working within tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within and outside the organization.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively
