As the Production Assembler your responsibilities will include assembling and sub assembling lighting fixtures and related components (mechanical and electrical), testing and packaging assemblies and components, efficient and safe operation of production equipment and machinery (Training Provided) and safe use of hand, power and measuring tools. The ideal candidate for this role would bring experience in a fast paced production environment, proficiency and dexterity with hand tools and be open to working in a team environment with a can do attitude.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift time: 6:30am – 3:00pm
Location: Langley, BC
Pay: $19.10/H
Transit accessible

You can meet the schedule and shift requirements and are looking for an immediate start
You are legally permitted to work Fulltime in British Columbia

Responsibilities
As the Assembler your responsibilities will include:
-Efficient and safe use of hand, power and measuring tools
-Efficient and safe operation of production equipment and machinery (Training Provided)
-Assembling and sub assembling lighting fixtures and related components (mechanical and electrical)
-Testing and packaging assemblies and components
-Operating within Safety Policies, ISO Regulations, Work Station Instructions and Quality Standards as dictated in engineering drawings
-Responsible for work station organization, cleanliness and maintenance of tools and equipment;
-Assists in other departments and work cells as required
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
- Must have own Steel toe shoes
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be comfortable standing/or sitting for a prolonged period of time.
-Team player, adaptable, and energetic with a positive professional attitude
