Responsibilities
Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and quality standards.
Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, ensuring all products meet quality requirements.
Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to the supervisor promptly.
Assist in other production tasks as needed to support the overall operation.

Qualifications
Previous experience in production or assembly roles is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain focus throughout the shift.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods during the workday.
Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with hand tools is an advantage.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, as required.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
