Our client is seeking an experienced assembler to join their team. As a Production Associate/Assembler, you'll play a crucial role in bringing their products to life, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.
Here's snapshot of what you'll be up to:
Set up and assemble products in our state-of-the-art work bays.
Build up engines for both fuel and electric machines, showcasing your mechanical prowess.
Assist with chassis and final assembly for both fuel and electric machines, contributing to the seamless production process.
Cross training/on the job training in an effort to continually support the team as a whole

Straight Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.)
$27.63/hr to start, which will increase to $32.51 upon the successful completion of a year of service.
Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Mechanical Marvel: Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity are a must.
- Experience Counts: Minimum 3 years of assembly experience in manufacturing or automotive settings, with a preference for metal on metal assembly.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a consistent-paced environment.
- Tool Savvy: Must be highly proficient with hand tools, power tools, and eager to expand your toolkit.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, supportive with a strong work ethic, have a sense of accountability and a knack for collaboration.
- Deadline Dynamo: Ability to meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Safety First: Prioritize safety at all times, ensuring a secure work environment for all. To our client, this means maintaining a harmonious and respectful environment.

Qualifications
- Must be accountable and have demonstrated excellent attendance
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Industrial, automotive assembly, steel to steel applications
- Must have clear criminal record
- Must be legally entitled to work 40 hours/week in Canada
- Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
- Strong skills in utilizing hand and power tools
- Own or be willing to purchase mechanic tools
- High attention to detail is essential with ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a consistent paced environment
- Able to follow instructions, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Engage in safe work practices at all times
- Communicate positively and constructively with all employees, customers, and suppliers
- Willing to participate in a team environment, contribute to the constant improvement mentality
