Responsibilities
What would you be doing?
- Leading a team of 10 production supervisors
- Implementing processes and driving continuous improvement in the facility
- Running the day-to-day production to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Building relationships with the team and customers
- Championing safety and quality within the facility
Qualifications
What do you bring to the role?
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, steel experience would be an asset
- Knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- The ability to make decisions and work autonomously
