Randstad Canada is looking for a bilingual Production supervisor for a warehouse located in Royal Mount. This person will be present on the floor with the employees. He/she will supervise, manage production and support employees. Versatility is therefore a highly considerable quality.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Salary: $18.50 to $20.50/hour
Contract until February with possibility of extension.

The Production supervisor will, among other things:
- Plan the team's work schedule
- Ensure employees are present and punctual
- Ensure employees understand their tasks
- Enforce production deadlines
- Ensure that employees perform according to defined standards
- Identify and communicate ways to improve productivity and efficiency
Qualifications
Skills expected of an excellent Production supervisor:
- Warehouse or industrial experience
- Experience in personnel management
- English-French BILINGUAL MANDATORY
- Ability to spend shift standing or walking
- Ability to manage a work team
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull
- Detail-oriented
- Manage priorities
- Able to handle pressure
