Take the opportunity to join the management team of a leader in the field of lighting in the country. You will have to guide a team of 150 workers in achieving production objectives in order to deliver to customers across the country.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
- Management of production teams
- Organization of working hours and schedules
- Ensuring production deadlines and targets are met
- Ensure cohesion between the different departments
- Distribute the workforce according to needs and departments
- Carry out probation follow-ups
- Motivate teams to maintain performance
- Disciplinary management
- Ensure a health and safety culture among the teams
Qualifications
You hold the following qualifications:
- High school diploma completed
- Fluency in English / French spoken and written
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production supervision
- Experience with ERP software
- Fluency with computers
- Strong OHS management skills
- Strong communication skills
