We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of academic and non-academic programs, ensuring that students, faculty, and external stakeholders receive outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have strong time management & a willingness to take initiative, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Work in the Downtown Toronto Office
- 6-8 weeks with a high possibility of extension
- Mon-Fri 8:30 - 5:00 PM 36.25-40 hr work week

Responsibilities
-loading content, messages, etc., into D2L and creating student groups (training to be provided)
-good time management & willingness to take initiative
-using Excel to track critical timelines, content, and schedules
-strong organizational skills
-communicating with external stakeholders & internal team members & students
-good written and oral communication skills
-ensuring posted materials on D2L match approved draft materials
-Assistance with other projects as assigned by the Directors
Qualifications
-2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
-Proven ability to meet tight and competing deadlines.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Effective time management and proactive approach to tasks.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Technical proficiency with Zoom and the ability to pick up other software is important
-Post-secondary education (college or university) is a must
