A company operating in the construction sector is actively seeking a Project Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant with experience in residential and commercial construction, to join their team in Montreal.
In this role, you will provide essential support to a Project Manager by monitoring and participating in the completion of various programs. Reporting to the President, the Project Assistant will be at the heart of the office. You'll be called upon to talk to vendors, communicate with suppliers and manage day-to-day administrative tasks. You'll also be called upon to follow up on bids and their layout.

Competitive salary between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Provide assistance to the Project Manager by monitoring ongoing activities.
Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage CNESST permits and applications
Writing and formatting bids
Monitor various files and several projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Experience in the construction industry
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel
Knowledge of ERP and Vision an asset
Demonstrate initiative and be proactive
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Autonomy, rigor and structure
