Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role – on site and home – 3-4 days per week in office. There is a possibility of contract extension dependents on business needs.
Pay rate: $39.91 - $46.79 / Hour
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (excluding breaks). Overtime may be required, no more than ~5 hours anticipated per week, subject to the scheduling of related workshops.

Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Being responsible for the coordination and administration of project-related tasks.
•Providing support across multiple stakeholders and lines of business, all working on different elements of a large-scale migration project.
•Planning and coordinating scheduling relating to projects
•Administrative support for various project work streams, supporting multiple Program / Project Managers
•Facilitating project logistics
•Capturing meeting minutes, noting action items, and sharing with audience for follow up / completion
•Preparing documentation, track and monitor information, and maintain databases related to project
•Creating and completing project support documentation with accuracy
•Supporting development of work packages, plans and schedules
•Coordinating with Project Managers and create weekly status reports
•Developing and updating dashboards for project governance meetings
•Obtaining updates from project stakeholders on project development / status updates
•Creating and maintaining the project artifact library and other relevant project documentation
Qualifications
•10+ years of administrative or project coordination support
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•High school diploma required; Bachelor degree preferred-
•Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
•Analytical and resolution skills
•Initiative / proactive
•Sense of urgency
•Information seeking
•Ability to prioritize effectively
•Service partner oriented
NICE TO HAVE:
•Experience within Financial Industry, specifically business/commercial banking
•Experience with project management software
