As a consultant with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
- Work closely with program and technology leaders to understand needs and expectations regarding project objectives
- Translate project goals into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for the successful execution of defined project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Oversee day to day detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure project success
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Provide clear direction, set priorities, and motivate team members to meet project milestones and goals
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven project culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly
- Develop and manage project budgets; Monitor and control project expenses
- Identify potential risks associated with project and develop proactive mitigation plans
- Implement strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of project and ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of strategic projects
- Ensure that the organization is prepared for the changes brought about by the project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years working in Technology or a related field
- 2-5+ years in project management role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) nice to have
- Process Improvement Certification (Lean Six Sigma) nice to have
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Passionate for project management discipline with the ability to balance governance with execution agility
- Ability to excel in a a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness – a self-starter
- Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Smartsheet and Sharepoint
