As a Program Manager with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
• Plan, track, and report on the performance of multiple ongoing projects.
• Create project schedule with Project Manager or Program Manager oversight.
• Collate and document change requests for sponsorship sign-off.
• Monitor, follow-up, and document project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Schedule tasks and resources to ensure the project is delivered according to plan.
• Escalate issues and at-risk timelines to the Program Manager
• Assist with project status update documents to keep project data up-to date.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Must-have:
• Minimum 1-3 years in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Business Analyst role.
• A recognised degree or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science or MIS.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple projects.
• Experience in creating project plans, risk assessments, contingency planning, tracking and management
of project progress, tracking issues, and managing resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Good judgement and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course
of action.
• Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organised, motivated, and driven
to succeed.
• Experience building meaningful relationships with the team, other internal departments, and vendors.
• Must have an adaptable style to overcome unexpected challenges during the project.
• Must be able to manage conflicts amongst the team and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Must be a team player and willing to assist the team in whichever way necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
• Experience and willingness to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Experience working in the public sector.
• Experience working within a PMO.
• An active and update to date PMP certification.
