Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will:
Project manager will own customer relationships and cultivate partnerships for project success.
Develop project strategies focused on Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, Compliance, and Quality.
Construct detailed project budgets and retrofit schedules.
Project manager will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Assess and mitigate project risks, devising recovery plans as needed.
Improve project financial performance through Change Orders.
Integrate work packages and constraints into project planning scenarios.
Monitor progress, provide accurate projections of time and cost, and make relevant reports accessible to stakeholders.
Present project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
Project manager will lead complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with clients and demonstrate execution success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in business or engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Project Management, ideally with experience in fast-track or service projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with rotating machinery or hydro equipment (preferred).
Experience with construction contracts and site activities.
