Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor medium to large projects with complex scope, multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
- Drive work to completion and effectively manage and report on scope, risks and issues, budget, and timelines.
- Develop critical relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives.
- Ensure all project tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked.
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years’ experience in an IT project management in Tier 1 ERP Accounting Systems
- Proven record in managing medium to large size financial application projects.
- Experience leading agile teams and/or leading an agile transformation for a Global Organization.
- Strong JIRA/Confluence experience
- Experience working in a project/product matrixed organization at a major retailer.
- Strong understanding in integration and financial reporting projects is preferred.
- Ability to successfully manage budget & resources and deliverables within project schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to build constructive business and IT relationships and gain the trust of others in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation to senior leaders.
- Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.
- Preferred technical skillset: MIRO, Smartsheets, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, AWS, Snowflake, Azure, Microsoft Suite
- PMP certification considered an asset.
