2. The Program Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain & communicate a comprehensive project plan, including migration strategy, timeline, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with technical teams to assess the current project ecosystem which includes but not limited to Oracle R11, HFM, Salesforce, Gemini, Ariba, Concur & Workday in order to identify new migration requirements, and design the future state.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of business processes and data from Oracle R11 to Oracle Cloud.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders & executive steering committees.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the migration timeline, budget, or data integrity.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the migration process.
Conduct post-migration assessments to validate the success of the migration and address any post-migration issues.
3. Deliverables:
The Program Manager will deliver the following key deliverables:
Detailed project plan outlining the migration strategy, tasks, milestones, and timeline.
Regular status reports, including progress updates, risks, and issues, to be shared with the project steering committee.
Documentation of migration requirements, architecture, and design decisions.
Post-migration assessment report, summarizing the success of the migration and highlighting any lessons learned.
