This is a fully in person position in North York for a 1 month contract.
*Experience with yardi is a must have

Responsibilities
-Handle all incoming calls for all properties regarding maintenance concerns, customer service complaints and rental enquiries
-Complete rental receipts using Yardi and PAP entry
-Complete receivables and issue pos using yardi
-Complete all rental adjustments, arrears collections documents and applicable legal action documents
-Prepare monthly rental arrears reports and payment transaction reports for direct report portfolio
-Create building notices for properties as needed
-Conduct credit checks, landlord verification etc. for new lease preparation
-Prepare and set up for all meetings and event registration
-Order office supplies and point of contact for site supply reference
-Prepare leases and welcome packages as required
-Maintain various logs of all all contacts and property repairs
-Receive all appliance Canada invoices and review equipment replacement packages
-Assist with sorting and distributing mail as required
Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years' experience as Admin Assistant in property management industry or relevant role.
-Must have knowledge of Yardi
-Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Must have excellent oral and written language skills
