Responsibilities
- Manage lease and legal administration process
- Build and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Working on accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payables (AP) and accruals
- Use MRI, Nexus accounts payable system to upload all the invoices -
- Maintain organized filing systems for tenants and vendors
- Process rent payments and cheque requisitions
- Issue legal notices and manage corresponding deadlines
- Prepare and process collections for overdue accounts
- Organize and perform move-in and out inspections
- Prepare and distribute notices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with commercial property administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Yardi and Angus are assets
- Passionate about customer service and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
- Nimble + adaptable with strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations
- Post Secondary education
