Responsibilities
Candidate will be issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
In charge of all follow up until goods are shipped
Proficient in excel and SAP Business One an asset.
Will be intermediary between division managers, sales team and suppliers.
Will provide weekly reporting on status of purchase orders.
Great communication and organization skills an asset.
Communicate daily with suppliers/carriers via phone and email
Review sample and production results
Follow up on pricing for garment costing
Issue purchasing orders and confirm delivery date with suppliers
Provide shipping information to customer
Assist in tracking shipments and provide alternative information
Liaison with different departments within the company to facilitate the shipments
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and positive attitude especially when dealing with trouble case under pressure
Strong computer skills
Data Entry proficiency
English spoken/ written
Problem Solver
Knowledge of imports
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word & Outlook and Quick learner in learning our ERP system.
