Comprehensive Story Writing: Craft compelling narratives based on qualitative research findings.
Research on Human Behavior: Explore and analyze human behavior to uncover insights.
Understanding Financial Product Selection: Investigate how individuals choose financial products.
Share Portfolio Qualitative Project: Lead and manage qualitative research projects related to share portfolios.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management process, from initiation to reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to embed client insights into business strategies.
Methodology Innovation: Continuously explore new research methodologies and tools to enhance research excellence.
Problem Solving: Identify and address project challenges proactively and efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in qualitative research on the supplier/vendor side.
Methodological Expertise: Superior knowledge and practical experience with various mixed-methods research approaches.
Data Translation: Ability to translate complex research data into actionable and compelling insights for business partners.
Narrative Building: Passion for narrative building and storytelling.
Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated ability for creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
Project Management: Strong project management and presentation skills.
Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs.
Nice-to-Have:
Language Skills: Fluency in French and/or another language(s) is a major asset.
Education: Master's degree in anthropology, sociology, or a related social science discipline.
