-Complete oversight of QMS system
-Effective collaboration, coaching, goal setting, performance management, and performance reviews
-Internal audits
-Vendor performance reviews and audits
-Oversee lab testing
-Maintenance of internal validation systems
-Provide guidance to production team
Qualifications
-Management experience (small teams)
-Strong excel and Microsoft skills
-Influential
-Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
-Experience in manufacturing and quality control
