Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company's products, services, and policies.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones and computers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
