A major manufacturer in the field of electricity, a company that values the family atmosphere and team spirit, is looking for a receptionist to complete its team in Montreal North.
Under the supervision of the manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be part of the team by providing administrative support to the various departments.

•Monday to Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., 37.5 hours per week;
•Permanent position
•Salary between $22-23 per hour

Responsibilities
•Welcoming visitors and directing them to the right people
• Management of incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Administrative assistance for invoices, data entry
•Management of small parcels and various shipments
•Administrative assistance to the various services and departments
•Ensure the management of the mailbox
Qualifications
A DEP in a relevant discipline or equivalent;
•1 to 3 years of experience in a related position.
•Bilingual spoken and written
• Be dynamic, versatile and smiling
•Organized, open to learning new skills;
•Sense of initiative and proactivity;
•Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
