Location: Downtown Montreal (near metro square victoria)
Salary $21-$24 an hour (permanent position)

Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival at the clinic;
- Create a file for each new client and/or update the existing file;
- Prepare client files for care in the coming days;
- Provide clients with the forms and consents necessary for the care to be received;
- Answering customer phone calls and emails;
- Ensure the reminder of customers who have not confirmed their presence at their appointment;
- Ensure the proper management and optimization of the appointment schedule;
- Produce customer invoices and ensure invoice verification daily;
- Take charge of the clinic opening and closing procedures;
- Process correspondence and shipments by various couriers;
- Record the day's treatments in collaboration with the consultant;
- Maintain order in the reception, shop area and waiting room;
- Manage orders for office equipment and others;
- Perform batch closing, balance daily reports and transmit cash to accounting;
- Ensure that there is change in the petty cash box.
Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience in administration or customer service
- Fluency in French and English;
- Knowledge and interest in aesthetics, cosmetics and aesthetic medicine;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software;
- Having the customer's well-being at heart;
- Communicate effectively;
- Demonstrate a team spirit and collaboration;
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
- Know how to plan and coordinate your activities.
