-Location: Oakville (5 days in office)
-Flexible hours: 8-4 pm, 8:30- 4:30 pm, 9-5:00 pm
-Start date: asap- January 2025 (possibility of extension or becoming a permanent role)
Responsibilities
-Providing exceptional customer service support to clients/ visitors
-Manage the reception desk- inbound calls
-Greet visitors, assist visitors with logging in the portal system to enter into the building
-Assist with invoicing
-Assist with the mailroom documents (collecting envelopes etc.)
-Utilizing Microsoft (word/ excel)
Qualifications
-Friendly, courteous, professional, team player with a positive attitude
-Strong communication skills
-Experience working in a client facing environment
-Experience providing exceptional customer service support on the phone and in person
-Reception experience
-Knowledge of utilizing Microsoft (word, excel)
