Responsibilities
The Recruiter for our Montreal East client will...

- Establish the recruitment plan to meet customer needs: sourcing, posting, interviewing.
- Sort resumes received
- Answer talent calls
- Shortlist candidates
- Answer candidates' questions
- Post vacancies
- Open talent file
- Take references from potential candidates

Qualifications
The recruiter must also have...

- University degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or other relevant field
- a keen sense of curiosity
- strong organizational skills
- a passion for achieving results and objectives;
- relevant experience in recruitment or customer service;
- team spirit and strong learning skills;
