As a community pharmacist, you play a crucial role in optimizing medication therapy and enhancing patient outcomes. You will collaborate with healthcare providers and engage with patients to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care. Your responsibilities include medication dispensing, patient counseling, medication therapy management, promoting health education initiatives, inventory management amongst other day to day operations within a community setting.
