✔ Full time, permanent role
✔ Training will occur during daytime shifts (typically 9am - 530pm or 930am-6pm); regular working hours/shifts will primarily be 10am-630pm or 1030am - 7pm with some 730am - 4pm, and other day shift in the mix. Schedule is provided in advance. The pharmacy is open daily - weekends are shared on a fair rotation.

Responsibilities
Registered Pharmacy Technician - Mississauga, ON - Healthcare
✔ Ensuring precision in prepared medication by meticulously reviewing each prescription for legal compliance and product quality. This encompasses various forms of packaged and non-packaged medications.
✔ Promptly addressing any identified discrepancies or errors to maintain accuracy.
✔ Conducting thorough counts and reconciliations of Narcotic and Controlled medications with precision.
✔ Efficiently organizing and inspecting products to uphold workflow integrity and adherence to scheduled delivery timelines.
✔ Upholding strict confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
✔ Staying informed about and adhering to legal mandates, professional benchmarks, and internal workplace protocols.
✔ Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to fostering a workplace culture rooted in inclusivity and a sense of belonging.
Qualifications
Registered Pharmacy Technician - Mississauga, ON - Healthcare
✔ Current registration with the College of Pharmacists as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT), in good standing.
✔ Preference for experience in fast-paced filling environments.
✔ Familiarity with PacMed or PacVision software is advantageous but not required.
