• Defined the method of procedure, including: pre-tasks, implementation plan, post-tasks, and roll back plan for production releases.
• Mitigate Release Management related risks through identifying and applying risk management strategies.
• Supported the test specialists on defects prioritization and ensured that the defects were closed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Co-ordinate and communicate all of the environment refresh activities and ensured outage notifications were sent to affected team and/or stakeholders.
• Liaise between third-party vendor to identify gaps in the current process and produce recommendations and
roadmap for automation of projects.

• Liaise between the third-party development team and internal test specialists to ensure defects were assigned and
actionable.
• Ensure defects management process was followed throughout the defect life cycle in the HP-ALM application and
defined defect severity levels.
• Ensure entry and exit criteria for all testing levels as per process
• Ensured defects are managed in HP-ALM application and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
