Responsibilities
-Triage data tickets and assign requests to data analysts.
-Maintain the IPRO website, collaborate with departments to upload standard data, create dashboards, generate statistical reports, and ensure data access.
-Coordinate meetings, assess business needs, and contribute to the development of efficient business systems.
-Run queries and analyze data sets to provide valuable insights.
-Coordinate meeting schedules and create agendas, materials, and follow-up items.
-Maintain and update databases, run queries to gather data, analyze datasets, and disseminate reports.
-Develop information management methods to optimize data use.
-Prepare program reports, data summaries, and design presentations of data analysis findings.
-Assist in planning components of projects and selecting appropriate data collection and analysis methods.
-Serve as a resource for specific issues to a group of specialists.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant field, or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
-Minimum of 5 years of related work experience providing admin support, including website and database maintenance, Excel proficiency, and data analysis.
-Proficiency in maintaining information on websites and digital platforms.
-Experience in designing presentations based on data analysis findings.
-Knowledge of student information systems or relational databases is considered an asset.
-Ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Experience with Tableau dashboards is a huge plus.
