Position: Resident Services Coordinator
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and a positive team environment.
Advantages

-3 weeks of paid vacation
-Eligible for bonus (based on performance) up to 10%

Responsibilities
-Professionally and courteously handle all resident inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns (phone calls, emails and walk-ins)
-Maintenance of information into internal systems, inputting work orders and purchase orders
-Coordination and communication with staff, residents and contractors
-Corresponding with Property Administrator regarding any adjustments including rent, parking and resident discharge
-Issue and track work orders and purchase orders
-Monitor expenses to budget
-Review incoming and outgoing in-suite inspections and repairs to ensure resident satisfaction and compliance of external contractors
-Data input and reporting
-Orientation of new residents
-Office Maintenance
-Event coordination
Qualifications
-High sense of professionalism and proactiveness
-Excellent problem-solving skills and able to navigate around complex situations
-Collaborative with strong communication skills in both French and English
-Intermediate level knowledge of Yardi 7S, Concierge and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
-Possess knowledge of health and safety practices
-Must be able to work in different locations
-1 year + administrative and client-facing experience
-Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
-Property Management/Real Estate experience an asset
